The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the Product and Marketing Executive across multiple marketing channels, including social media, events, email, CRM, and the website. You will report to the Product and Marketing Executive and work closely with our sales, design, and operations teams to help communicate SPARK’s value to clients across both digital channels and offline touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Create, plan and schedule social media content, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube

Copywriting

  • Create written content for social post caption, blog posts, website, and newsletters

Multimedia & Content Creation

  • Assist design with the UI/UX Designer and develop multimedia content including graphics, animations, videos, and interactive assets using tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and AI-powered design tools
  • Produce marketing assets to showcase our EPoS and robotics solutions in a B2B context
  • Stay current with emerging tools and trends in digital design and multimedia

Website & Digital Asset Creation

  • Assist the Product and Marketing Executive in maintaining SPARK’s websites using WordPress and Elementor, ensuring optimal performance and mobile responsiveness
  • Support update site visuals, landing pages, and product pages in coordination with campaign launches

Marketing Events

  • Attend events and support venue set-up, including working outside normal office hours as agreed in advance

Product Marketing

  • Translate technical features into clear customer benefits for brochures and pitch decks
  • Support product launches with internal communications and sales enablement materials

Coordination

  • Liaise with the operations team to align marketing with product development and updates

Data Analysis & Reports

  • Assist the Product and Marketing Executive on the marketing report using GA4 and social media report tools

Skills Required

  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling marketing blogs
  • Foundational design skills using Figma
  • Project and documentation management using Notion
  • Foundational CRM knowledge using HubSpot
  • Foundational experience with WordPress and Elementor
  • Comfortable learning and using AI tools for content creation

Who We’re Looking For

  • Relevant experience or a degree in B2B marketing, product marketing, or digital campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Keen to learn new skills and develop product knowledge
  • Well organised, collaborative, and curious about technology and innovation
  • Familiarity with SaaS, hospitality technology or robotics is a bonus
