  • Diagnose and resolve faults both remotely and on-site
  • Perform routine servicing, firmware updates and minor hardware repairs
  • Assemble, test and configure robots at our facility before deployment
  • Record service visits and resolutions accurately for internal tracking
  • Support onboarding of new clients and act as a technical contact during post-installation
  • Attend urgent call-outs when required, with occasional travel across the UK

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Full UK driving licence with confidence to travel for site work
  • Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical or robotic systems
  • Practical experience using tools and diagnostic equipment
  • Good communication and customer-facing skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Comfortable using IT tools including remote support software and diagnostics
  • Right to work in the UK

Desirable

  • Field service, robotics or IT support experience
  • Familiarity with automation hardware or PoS systems
  • Basic networking understanding (e.g. routers, IP, port forwarding)
  • Interest in robotics, mechatronics or embedded systems
  • Eagerness to develop into a mid-level engineering role

What You’ll Gain

  • Join a growing team pioneering robotics in hospitality
  • Work with advanced technologies and automated platforms
  • Hybrid work flexibility
  • Training and development opportunities
  • Annual performance bonus
  • Travel expense reimbursement for off-site support
